Bhutan is a small landlocked country, situated between Tibet and India. Thimpu is the capital city of Bhutan. It is a center for dense wildlife, flora and fauna. Bhutan has become an ecological attraction in the world due to its wilderness. The national bird of this country is Raven, which is related to the royal crown. The national animal is the Takin. The national flower is the Blue Poppy. 300 species of medicinal plants are found in Bhutan. It has preserved the endangered animal species like Snow leopards, Bengal tigers and the red panda along with the Ghorals, the Himalayan black bear, Sambars, wild pigs, musk deer and the barking deer. There are more than 670 species of bird, including White bellied heron, Blyth’s King fisher and Pallas Fish eagle.
The famous national parks and wildlife reserve in Bhutan are Jigme Singye Wangchuck National Park, Royal Manas National Park, Wangchuck Wildlife Sanctuary and Khaling Wildlife Sanctuary. 1) What a trek in Manaslu It was a second time of my Himalayan trip in Nepal. Last time I did Annapurna and this time, we did Manaslu Circuit Trek, which was an incredible journey through the jaw-dropping landscapes. The route is picturesque on all day with breathtaking views of the majestic mountains with lots of flora & fauna at lower altitudes.
