A journey around the Everest Himalayas ranges
Like every great adventure, the Everest Adventure Trek blasts off with an incredible flight to one of the highest located airports in the world - Lukla airport, also known as the Hillary Tenzing airport which was named after the first summiteers of Mt. Everest. The real adventure starts from here. Trekking to Phakding and Namche Bazaar makes you familiar with the heights and terrains. Our expert guide is always with you every step of the way to provide the necessary tips and insights. Exploring Namche Bazaar and seeing the skull of YETI at the Khumjung Monastery just adds up to this incredible journey to Everest including first view of Mt. Everest
For the first part of the route of the Everest adventure trek, it follows the same route as the famous Everest Base Camp Trek. Let me tell you, reaching Everest Base Camp and seeing these incredible panoramic views in real life is nothing compared to the videos and photos you have seen before! Even more so, the sunrise view from Kalapathar over Mt. Everest is exactly what makes Nepal such a unique travel destination. From here, the Everest Adventure Trek takes a different route and heads to the Cho La Pass. It’s a great climb and the rewards are even greater. Seeing the entire landscapes makes you feel as if you have reached Shangri La. It is truly a paradise on earth. Just when you feel it can’t get any better, it only gets better as we head to the Holy Gokyo Lake, the deepest lake in Nepal, located high in the mountains. A hike up to Gokyo-Ri lets us see even more stunning views and make for great photo opportunities.
