Trekking Route:

Know before you start your trek in the mountain. Some trekking routes are popular already among trekkers and some are still wilderness in nature. Everest, Annapurna, Langtang are the common routes where well-developed tea house are available and flow of people are high, so you don’t need to worried about communication and securities.

Trekking Types:

Trekking can be done in two ways: camping and tea house/lodge trek. In wilderness routes due to the lack of lodges for accommodation and food, camping is compulsory. You don’t have the option of self-arrangement. However, in the popular routes, there are well-developed tea houses for food and accommodation. If you want to stay in a camp, still you have the option of it.

Trekking Season:

Autumn and spring season are the best trekking and climbing season in Nepal. The trails are colorful with rhododendron flowers and some more alpine flowers during the spring season and the weather are also great from early morning to until afternoon. Similarly, the weather is very clear from Morning to evening every day in the autumn season.

The autumn season starts from September, October and November. Although, better to peak climbing in Nepal Himalaya at this period.

Rest of six months do not trek able of the year. June and July have heavily rained in Nepal, The weather is totally bland, but you can trek at rain shadow area in Nepal. We are never recommended you at Annapurna, Langtang, Mount Everest and Manaslu trekking area at this time. We are happily recommending you these trekking during the high season.

Trekking Grade:

Nepal is Himalaya country in the world. Here are several different trekking and tours areas from Low-land and High-land. Similarly, we have classification with three different ways. Up to 3000m are easy trekking, from 3000 to up to 4200m are Moderate and from 4200m to above are challenging Himalaya trip.

Trekking Permits:

It is not allowed to do trekking without trekking permits and TIMS permits (Trekkers’ Information Management System) in Nepal. You can get those Trekking permits and TIMS permits every trekking company in Kathmandu, Nepal. And another hand you can get TIMS permits at City counter of TAAN, Thamel, Kathmandu and National park counter at Bhirikuti Mandap.

TIMS Cost: 20/-US$ per/ Person and 30 US$ for National park permits. But if you are interested to go to a restricted area like Upper Mustang and Manaslu area it cost US$500/- Per person for first 10 days.

Trekking Staff:

Trekking staff is necessary to have every single trip with you in the Himalaya. They are not only becoming another friend from Nepal, but they are also fully supporting you during your trip. Due to some reason, they are local people, they can easily explain you every single hidden culture of trekking trails and Nepal. They can carry your heavy loads during the trip; it is another way you may enjoy with your Holiday in Nepal. We are rather suggesting you, at list one guide and one porter for two of you.

It started of being quite hard walking, but as the pays passed, it got easier and with lots of jokes and good company, it was a sensational trek, with plenty of tuborge beer, and heaps of surya smokes. The views were breath taking and the food was out of this world, I paged out big time with "Dal bhat" Nepali traditional meals. I was a bit lost in Nepal, but the mountains in Pokhara made me feel at…

Throughout the two…

He gives good advice on itineraries and can plan and reserve internal flights and hotels in advance as required. He also has good knowledge of the formalities (trekking permits, insurance) that you need and has arranged these without any problems at all. On the trek, he has…

The whole experience was amazing; we were able to go at our own pace and were confident at all times with our guide and porter. The guide gave us…

  • We came to know Dambar through a friend of ours who used him as a guide on a hike in the Annapurna Circuit about five years ago. Our friend had nothing but good things to say about Dambar's experience, professionalism and friendly personality. As it was our first time hiking in Nepal, we were happy to receive the recommendation. Prior to our travel to Nepal, we exchanged numerous emails with Dambar, making plans for our hike. Dambar provided excellent advice and answered all of our questions in a thorough and timely manner. When we had to change our hiking route…
