Here are the main important thinks you need to bring with you for Trekking in Nepal Himalayas. Off course you need to have your rest of thinks with you.
=A guide- We suggested you have a guide to make you experience about Nepali culture and for your safety on every trekking trail because, we wish to clients are not missing every year.
=Porter - Every two clients can share one porter, but a porter carries max 25 kg.
=Trekking map- Map is Necessary to trek even though you will have a guide while on the trekking.
= Down jackets and down sleeping bag – it will cold in early spring and late November. You can buy or rent in Kathmandu, if you feeling uncomfortable with you.
=Sun glasses – sun is very bright, high amounts of UV. Take them off when talking with people though.
=Head-Lamp – for reading, going to the toilet, expect limited electricity while you are on the trekking.
=Buff – great protect from sun and wind of neck and face.
=Wide brimmed hat – not very fashionable, but keeps safe from sun burnt and you will stay younger looking longer…..
=Hiking poles – A pair of hiking pools are necessary to have with you for every trekking area in Nepal. It is fully support for your knees.
=Water bottle– everyone should drink at list 3 liters of water every day. We would like to suggestion, you to have mettle or non malt table plastic water bottle.
=Drinking water- You can get drinking water at every lodge of every trekking trails, our trekking crew are always help you to refill. If you have water filter with you, it is not necessary to put some pills of iodine and chlorine in to water.
= Full kit list and suggested trekking first aid kit list with you on your own.
=Toilette- You needs to have sandal, Trowel, Shop/shampoo, Tooth brush and pest.
