Narphu valley trekking is the combination of Nar and Phu village in the around Annapurna region of Nepal. Narphu valley trail passes through ancient gompas, narrow canyons, unique ethnic culture of Tibetans inhabitants and their living standard. Narphu valley has Three different passess, Phu pass 5050 m, Nar Pass, 5400m, and Kangla Pass5306m. It is newly opened trekking trail, at the begging you are not allowed to Kang-La pass trek without Camping, But you are allow you are allow to Tea House trek.

Nar Phu Valley lies in restricted trekking area of Nepal. Trekking in Narphu area, it is necessary to have restricted trekking permits and Tims permits. Day 01- Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters) drop to Hotel.

Day 02- Drive to Chamje(1750meters) .

Day 03- Trek to Dharapani (1970meters) 5 hours.

Day 04- Trek to Koto (04-hrs).

Day 05- Trek to Meta (04-05 hrs)

Day 06- Trek to Kyang (05 hrs)

Day 07- Trek to Phu (04 hrs).

Day 08- Exploration day in Phu. (Tashilakhang Monastery, Kyauchyu Water Fall, Pasture Lang).

Day 09- Trek to Check (05 hrs).

Day 10- Trek to Nar (04 hrs).

Day 11- Trek to Manang Via Kangla Pass (5300m.)

Day 12- Explore day at Manang.

Day 13- Trek to Yak Kharka 4100m 04-05 hours.

Day 14- Trek to Throung Phedi 4500m (03-04hours.

Day 15- Trek to muktinath via Throung pass 5416m.08-09 hours.

Day 16- Trek to Jomsom 2700m 04-05 hours.

Day 17-  Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and Sightseeing at Pokhara.

Day 18- Drive / fly in to Kathmandu.
